We have made our best effort to accurately show fabric colours and textures on this website, but please be aware that photos may not be truly representative of the purchased product and different computer screens may display colours differently. If exact material colour or weight is necessary, please purchase a sampleprior to placing your order.
Please choose carefully as all sales are final and there are no exchanges, refunds or credits on cut fabric for change of mind. We inspect the fabrics carefully before sending them out, but if you believe the item you received is damaged, faulty or incorrect, call us on (08) 8379 5533 or email us at email@example.com. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt or collection of the delivery. Please follow the care instructions outlined in the product description too.
In the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong fabric, or your fabric is faulty, we will replace the piece at no charge. If the product is no longer available, we will refund the full cost, including postage.
