Lovely red flowers & green leaves embroidered on blackDupion silk. Beautiful light / medium weight silk with textured 'slub' scattered throughout the fabric. It's soft but crisp drape makes it ideal for garments that have body. Used for suits, skirts, jackets, dresses and pants. The lovely sheen on this fabric makes is perfect for evening and formal wear, it's a great choice for mother of the bride or mother of the groom too. Silk dupion doesn't hold a crease, so any creases can just be brushed out with your hands! This fabric has no ease or stretch.
